Course: Bachelor in Commerce and Administration 2+1 (A 6252)
Course Introduction:
This programme prepares students for credits
transfer to the third year in Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. The majors offered are Accounting,
Finance, Management and Marketing. This
programme equips students with knowledge that is required for work in a diverse
range of careers.
Victoria and
New Era have been working closely in developing
New Era’s Commerce and Administration
programme since inception.
More than 100
students from New Era have enrolled in VUW. Some of them have already been awarded
Victoria’s Bachelor of
Commerce and Administration while others are working towards the degree.
Students who complete 2
years of study at New Era College are eligible to transfer to Victoria on a 2 + 1 twinning arrangement to complete Victoria’s Bachelor of Commerce and Administration
degree. Victoria staff make regular
visits to New Era College to ensure that the transferring students are well
prepared for the advanced study that lies ahead.

Victoria graduates
consistently enjoy one of the highest
employment rates of graduates from any
New Zealand university,
and are employed by
many prestigious companies and businesses nationally
