Foundation in Media Studies |

Course Introduction:
This is a one-year foundation
programme. It prepares students
for the Associate Degree in Media Studies. The training includes both Chinese
and English reading and writing skills; local, world history and current
affairs, and the humanities.
This programme aims to develop language ability
and writing skills for a career in mass communication. It includes reading and
writing skills in different types and genres of media messages, listening and
communication skills.
Exposure to history,
humanities and current issues will prepare students to be informed, caring and
sensitive communicators. |
