Course Introduction
This programme is designed to develop the conceptual and managerial decision-making skills of students which are in high demand in the marketplace. This will cover areas of financial accounting, management accounting, economics and finance, all of which are relevant in business environment. The programme is accredited by internationally recognised accounting professional bodies such as ACCA, CIMA and CPA. This would enable graduates to obtain maximum applicable exemptions from the ACCA, CIMA and CPA professional examinations. Graduates of this programme will receive an award upon completion — BSc (Honours) in Finance and Accounting from NEW ERA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Any one of the following:
- STPM (CGPA 2.33) with 2 Principal Passes of at least C+, and SPM with a Credit in Mathematics and a Pass in English
- UEC with 5 Credits inclusive of Mathematics and English
- Foundation in Business (CGPA 2.5), New Era University College, and SPM with a Credit in Mathematics and a Pass in English
- Diploma in Accounting (CGPA 2.5), New Era University College, and SPM with a Credit in Mathematics and a Pass in English
- A Level/ Other qualifications deemed equivalent by MQA
