2019年度９月份学期注册、缴费须知及缴费单

1.	2019年度9月份学期正式上课日期为９月17日。
2.	注册及缴费期限： 2019年８月23日（星期五）至2019年9月30日（星期一）,5:00PM。    ·          请在期限内下载缴费单    ·          不能如期缴费者，请家长于９月10日前亲临财务处申请延迟缴费期限    ·          持有奖助学金者，须在上述期限内缴费，否则将丧失其奖助学金    ·          未获批准延迟缴费而逾期缴费者，一律视为旷课，旷课时数超出授课时数20%，不得参加考试（含作业），该科目成绩，以零分计算    注：2019年9月30日之后，未缴清学杂费、宿舍费、注册及选课者，概以终止学籍处理。
3.	缴费方式：    ·          以支票、银行汇票（banker’s cheque）信用卡或转账卡缴付；    ·          银行汇票背页注明：中英姓名、学号及联络电话，抬头志明：    ü     汇票缴付学杂费：Dong  Jiao Zong Higher Learning Centre Bhd    ü     汇票缴付宿舍费：New Era Edu Sdn Bhd    ü     付款支票与汇票必须志明缴付日日期，不接受期票    ü FPX 网上缴费（ePayment），必须把缴费证明交财务处。
4.	获外界奖/贷学金教育经费提领者也需于注册及缴费期限内缴清有关费用。
5.	注册及缴费后中途退学者，恕不退还所缴费用。
6.	2019年8月23日起，同学可通过学生系统列印2019年9月份学期缴费单，请查阅http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
7.	代缴费：财务处接受学生委托其他人代办理缴费注册，惟学生必须先行在缴费单上签名。

To: All students from Vocational Programmes

Guidelines ofVocational Programme Registration, Registration Procedures and Pro-Forma Invoicefor September Semester 2019

1.	September  2019 semester will commence on 17 September  2019.
2.	Registration & Payment shall make from  23 August 2019 (Fri) till 30 September 2019 (Mon), 5:00 pm.       ·          Parent(s) of students who are unable  to make payment before the due date are required to apply for delay payment at  the Finance Department before 10 September 2019.    ·          Download registration statement within the  stated date    ·          Students with scholarship and bursary are required  to make payment before the due date in order to secure their scholarship and  bursary awarded.    ·          The attendance of students, who  have not been given approval for delay  payment and those who make payment after the due date, will be deemed invalid  and will be recorded as ABSENT from lecture. As such, they will be barred  from the final examination (including assignments/projects) should the hours  of absence exceed 20 % of the total lecture hours.    P/s: Students  who fail to make payment after 30 September 2019 will be issued a termination  letter.
3.	Modes of  payment :    ·          Payments can be made by banker’s cheque,  Credit card or Debit card and payable to :    ü     Dong Jiao Zong Higher Learning Centre  Bhd (for tuition and miscellaneous fees )    ü     New  Era Edu Sdn Bhd (for hostel rental)    ·          Name, ID number, contact number to be  written on the reversed page of the banker’s cheque    ·          Post-dated cheque is not acceptable    ·          FPX payment transfer（ePayment）- please submits FPX  transaction proof to Finance Department.
4.	Holders of external  scholarships or loans are also required to register and make payment within  the stipulated date.
5.	Fees are not refundable  for students who withdraw from the college.
6.	September  semester 2019 Pro-Forma Invoice can be printed from student portal at http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
7.	Students  may authorize others to make payment on their behalf as long as the Pro-Forma  Invoice is completely filled in and signed.
