2020年度5月份学期第二期分期付款 缴费须知

1.      凡已申请分期缴付学杂费的学生，2020年5月学期第二期分期付款缴费日期如下：

a.      第二期：2020年6月15日（周一）至2020年6月19日（周五）

2.      2020年5月份学期第二期缴费表可于6月7日 中午12时在学生系统查阅。

3.      学生可通过学生系统查询及列印2020年5月份学期第二期分期付款缴费单，请查阅

4.       学生可通过以下方式缴交学杂费：

4.1       FPX     

a.       Link: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.       User Name: Name on NRIC + 4digits as per emailprovided by NEUC, (example: leexiaoming0123)

c.       密码: 身份证号码 (例：200123101100)

d.       缴费收据将通过电邮传到学生邮箱

4.2   信用卡/扣帐卡/支票

a.      使用信用卡/扣账卡/支票方式缴交学杂费，学生必须在政府宣布结束行管期后，到学校财务处办理，唯需要预约缴费日期。

b.      如要预约缴费，可在办公时间拨电至03-8739 2770。

i.     周一 至 周五 ：早上8:30 至 下午5 点

ii.   周六： 早上 8:30至下午12 點

iii.  周日与公共假期：休息

同学亦可以通过电邮预约缴费时间。请在电邮内列明中英文姓名、学号、科系和预约的日期及时间，然后电邮至 aru@newera.edu.my.

5.       逾期注册、缴费，校方将终止其学籍。

6.      注册及缴费后中途退学，恕不退还所缴费用。

Term 2 Payment ForInstallment Plan May Semester 2020

1.      For students who are under installmentplan for May Semester 2020, the payment duration is from

Term 2: 15/6/2020 (Monday) -19/6/2020(Friday)

2.       The Pro-forma invoice isavailable at the student portal from 7 June 2020 , 12 p.m onwards.

3.      Login to student portalat http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp for Pro-Formaviewing and download.

4.      Modes of payment:  

4.1 FPX:

a.     Link: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.   User Name: Name on NRIC+4digits as peremail provided by NEUC

     (Example: leexiaoming0123)

c.    Password: NRIC number(Example:200123101100)

d.   Official receipt will send to your newera email account

4.2 Credit Card/DebitCard/Cheque

a.      The above payment modecan be carried after MCO is lifted and time booking is required. Please bookingby calling 03-8739 2770 during office hours.

                                                              i.     Mondays to Fridays(8:30 a.m till 5:00 p.m.)

                                                            ii.     Saturdays (8:30 a.m.till 12 p.m.)

                                                           iii.     Sundays & PublicHolidays: Office closed

For student who plan tomake payment by credit card, debit card or cheque, which has to proceed tofinance department, kindly make booking by sending email to aru@newera.edu.my,stated your name, student id and programme in the email.  

5.      Student’s status will be terminatedafter the payment deadline.

6.      Fees are not refundable for those whowithdraw from the university college.
