复苏式行动管制令(PKPP)宿舍退宿事宜

致：宿舍生

谨此通知， 我国政府宣布于今日（6月10日）起开始进入复苏式行动管制令(PerintahKawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan) ,PKPP) ，开放民众跨洲。因此居家学习的宿舍生从今日起至6月20日，星期一至五早上8时30分到下午5时和星期六早上8时30分到下午12时30分,为期10日，到宿舍办公室办理退宿手续。

凡退宿的学生，宿舍办公室将退还以下宿舍费：

1.     3至5月的宿舍费回扣数额

2.     6月至9月的住宿费

3.     宿舍抵押金。

复苏式行动管制令(PKPP) 开始后，宿舍费将照常收费。因此，6月20日后未办退宿的学生将被视为有意住宿舍，需照常付宿舍费。

Hostel Check Out duringPerintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP)

Dear All Hostel Students

Please be informed that the government has announced that our country is entering the Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP) phase from today onwards. Interstate travelis permitted then.

Therefore, hostel students who are continue online learning at home can check-out from the hostel starting from TODAY until 20 June 2020, Mon.-Fri. 8.30am – 5.00pm and Sat. 8.30am-12.30pm)  

The hostel fees that will be refunded are as follows:

1.     Rental rebate for March until May

2.     Rental of June until September

3.     Hostel deposit

The hostel rental will be charged as usual during the PKPP. Therefore, the students who do not check out after due the date will be considered as continue staying in hostel and the rental will be charged accordingly.
