致： 2020年5月份学期大学基础课程、证书课程结业生

事项：大学先修课程、证书课程结业生办理升班

1.       凡计划在2020年9月份学期升班的同学，请填写以下表格，截至日期是 30/9/2020（星期三）

*使用学生电邮（例: limzhiping5427@e.newera.edu.my）填写此电子表格

2.     在升班手续未办妥之前，同学可按照各课程公布的课表上课。

3.     录取通知书及缴费表：

a.      本处将按照同学在google form所填写的资料处理录取通知书及缴费表。

b.     缴费表可于2020年10月5 日在学生系统查阅。学生可登录学生系统查询及列印2020年9月份学期的缴费单，请查阅http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

c.      有意申请学费减免的学生请查阅：https://www.newera.edu.my/notice_cn.php

d.     请在10月回校上课时到注册处领取并签署录取通知书。

e.      回校时，请交上身份证副本、银行存折副本、SPM/UEC 成绩副本、中学离校证书副本

4.     同学可通过以下方式缴交学杂费：

4.1   FPX:

a.      Link: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.     User Name: Name on NRIC+4digits as per email providedby NEUC, (example:leexiaoming0123)

c.      密码: 身份证号码 (例：200123101100)

d.     缴费收据将通过电邮传到学生邮箱。

5.     缴费截止日期：2020年10月5日至2020年10月12日。

6.     证书及成绩总表领取的日期将另行通知。

To:Students who have completed the Foundation and Certificate Programmes in MaySemester 2020

RE：Enrollment in Diploma & Degree Programmes

1.       Studentswho plan to proceed to the Diploma & Degree programmes in September 2020are advised to fill up the Google form below before 30/9/2020 (Wednesday).

·        Note: Login to the Googleform with email address provided by NEUC    (Exp: leezhiping5427@e.newera.edu.my).

2.       Studentswho have not completed their enrollment may attend class according to thetime-table for September 2020.

3.       TheLetter of Acceptance and Registration Statement

a)       Registrar’sOffice will prepare the documents based on the information provided by studentsin the Google form.

b)       TheRegistration Statement is available in the student portal from 5 October 2020. RegistrationStatements may be checked and printed from student portal at

http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

c)       Students who plan to apply for the tuition fee waiver (scholarship) areadvised to obtain further information from: https://www.newera.edu.my/notice_cn.php

d)       TheLetter of Acceptance may be collected by students in October 2020.

e)       Studentsare advised to submit a copy of NRIC, bank detail Slip, SPM/UEC transcript andschool leaving certificate to the Registrar’s Office when they commence study.

4.       Tuitionfee could be made by following payment methods:

c.     Password:NRIC number (Example:200123101100)

d.    Theofficial receipt will be send to your New Era email

5.       Payment due date: 5 October 2020 till 12 October2020

6.       Thecollection date for Certificates and transcripts will be announced later.
