2021年度2月份学期在籍学生注册、缴费须知
1. 在籍学生(非分期付款计划者)注册与缴费期限：
2021年2月15日（周一）至2021年3月8日（周一）。
2. 凡已申请分期缴付学杂费的在籍学生，2021年2月学期的缴费期限如下：
a. 第一期：2021年2月15 日（周一）至 2021年2月22日（周一）
b. 第二期：2021年3月29日（周一）至2021年4月2日（周五）
c. 第三期：2021年5月10日（周一）至2021年5月14日（周五）
3. 学生可通过学生系统查询及列印2021年2月份学期的缴费单，请查阅
http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4. 学生可通过以下方式缴交学杂费：
4.1 FPX
a. Link: https://sys.djzhlc.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
b. User Name: Name on NRIC + 4digits as per email provided by NEUC, (example: leexiaoming0123)
c. 密码: 身份证号码 (例：200123101100)
d. 缴费收据将通过电邮传到学生邮箱
5. 通过FPX 缴交学杂费15分钟后可到学生系统进行选课
选课期限：2021年2月19日（周五）至 2021年3月8日（周一）。
6. 逾期注册、缴费，学籍将失效，无法选课/上课，学生证功能无效，无法进入教室、图书馆、电脑教室、宿舍等。
7. 注册及缴费后中途退学，恕不退还所缴费用。

Guidelines of Vocational Programme Registration (Current Student) for February Semester 2021
1. Duration of registration and payment for non-installment plan student:
15/2/2021 (Monday) - 8/3/2021 (Monday).
2. For who participating in the installment plan, the dates of registration and payment for the February semester 2021 are as follows:
a. Term 1: 15/2/2021 (Monday) - 22/2/2021 (Monday)
b. Term 2: 29/3/2021 (Monday) -2/4/2021 (Friday)
c. Term 3: 10/5/2020 (Monday) - 14/5/2021 (Friday)
3. Registration Statement can be checked and printed from student portal at http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4. Modes of payment:
4.1 FPX:
a. Link: https://sys.djzhlc.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
b. User Name: Name on NRIC+4digits as per email provided by NEUC,
(Example: leexiaoming0123)
c. Password: NRIC number (Example:200123101100)
d. Official receipt will send to your new era email account
5. Module registration gateway is open from 19/2/2021 (Friday) - 8/3/2021 (Monday), 15 minutes after the FPX payment, student may proceed to module registration according to the period given by Academic Affairs Unit.
6. Student’s status will be deactivated after the payment deadline, students are unable to perform course selection or attending lectures, student ID card will be deactivated resulting in unable to attend the lectures, access to library, computer labs, hostel and other facilities.
7. Fees are not refundable for those who withdraw from the university college.
