事宜：2021年度5月学期在籍学生注册、缴费须知
在籍学生 (非分期付款计划者) 注册与缴费期限：
2021年5月10日（周一）至2021年5月31日（周一）。
（注：2021年5月学期升班生的缴费详情请参考之后的升班缴费通告）

凡已申请分期缴付学杂费的在籍学生，2021年5月学期的缴费期限如下：
第一期：2021年5月10日（周一）至 2021年5月21日（周五）
第二期：2021年6月21日（周一）至2021年6月25日（周五）
第三期：2021年8月2日（周一）至2021年8月6日（周五）

凡续领学费减免的学生，只需要缴付余下的学费金额。2021年2月份学期成绩发布后，学年累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）低于2.0以下者，不达续领条件，学生则必须缴付全款。

2021年5月10日起学生可通由学生系统查询及打印2021年5月份学期的缴费单，请查阅
http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

学生可通过FPX方式缴交学杂费，详情如下：
连结: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
账号: 身份证全名 + 生日月日（MMDD），即本校所提供之电邮账号（例：leexiaoming0123）
密码: 身份证号码 (例：200123101100)
缴费收据将电邮到学生邮箱

通过FPX 缴交学杂费者，可于15分钟后到学生系统进行选课http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp.

2021年2月入学/升班的学生（学号开头：212XXXX），5月份学期无需缴费，可直接选课。

逾期缴费注册者，将导致学籍失效，无法选课/上课，学生证功能失效，无法进入教室、图书馆、电脑教室、宿舍等。

注册及缴费后中途退学，恕不退还所缴费用。

Guidelines on Academic Programme Registration (Current Students) for May 2021 Semester

Time period for registration and payment of fees (non-instalment plan) for Academic Programme students: 10/5/2021 (Monday) - 31/5/2021 (Monday).
（PS: For continuing students in the May 2021 semester, please refer to the subsequent notice that will be announced later.）

Dates of registration and payment for students on instalment plan for the May 2021 semester are as follows:

Term 1: 10/5/2021 (Monday) - 21/5/2021 (Friday)
Term 2: 21/6/2021 (Monday) - 25/6/2021 (Friday)
Term 3: 2/8/2021 (Monday) - 6/8/2021 (Friday)

Students who are entitled to the tuition fee waiver (scholarship) will pay the remaining fee balance . Students who do no obtain a CGPA of 2.0 in the February 2021 Semester shall pay the full fee.

Students who plan to apply for the tuition fee waiver (scholarship) are advised to obtain further information from: https://www.newera.edu.my/forum/thread-6299-1-1.html

Registration Statements may be checked and printed from the student portal at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

Methods of payment —FPX：

Username: Name on NRIC+4digits as per email provided by NEUC,  
     (Example: leexiaoming0123)
Password: NRIC number (Example: 200123101100)
Official receipts will be sent to your New Era University College email accounts

15 minutes after making payment via FPX, students may login to the student portal for subject registration at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp .

Students previously enrolled in the February 2021 semester (student number starting with: 212XXXX) may proceed to module registration once the system is open.

Students’ status will be deactivated if no payment is received by the payment deadline. Students will then be unable to perform course selection or attending lectures. The student ID card will be deactivated as well, resulting in inability to attend lectures, access to library, computer labs, hostel, and other facilities.

Paid fees are not refundable for those who withdraw from the University College.
