2021年度10月份学期在籍学生注册、缴费须知
1. 在籍学生(非分期付款计划者)注册与缴费期限：
2021年10月11日（周一）至2021年11月1日（周一）。
2. 凡已申请分期缴付学杂费的在籍学生，2021年10月学期的缴费期限如下：
a. 第一期：2021年10月11 日（周一）至 2021年10月22日（周五）
b. 第二期：2021年11月22日（周一） 至2021年11月26日（周五）
c. 第三期：2021年12月20日（周一）至2021年12月24日（周五）
3. 学生可通过学生系统查询及列印2021年10月份学期的缴费单，请查阅
http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4. 学生可通过FPX方式缴交学杂费，详情如下：
a. 连结: https://sys.djzhlc.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
b. 账号: 身份证全名 + 生日月日（MMDD），即本校所提供之电邮账号（例：leexiaoming0123）
c. 密码: 身份证号码 (例：200123101100)
d. 缴费收据将电邮到学生邮箱
5. 通过FPX 缴交学杂费者，可于15分钟后到学生系统进行选课。http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
选课期限：2021年10月11日（周一）至 2021年11月1日（周一）。
6. 学号开头：193XXXX（2年课程），无需缴费，可直接选课。
7. 逾期缴费者，学籍将暂时失效，无法选课/登录学生系统及ELP系统上课，学生证功能无效，无法进入教室、图书馆、电脑教室、宿舍等。
8. 注册及缴费后中途退学，恕不退还所缴费用。

Guidelines of Vocational Programme Registration (Current Students) for October 2021 Semester
1. Time period for registration and payment of fees for non-installment plan student:
11/10/2021 (Monday) - 1/11/2021 (Monday).
2. Dates of registration and payment for students on instalment plan for the October 2021 semester are as follows:
a. Term 1: 11/10/2021 (Monday) - 22/10/2021 (Friday)
b. Term 2: 22/11/2021 (Monday) - 26/11/2021 (Friday)
c. Term 3: 20/12/2021 (Monday) - 24/12/2021 (Friday)
3. Registration Statement can be checked and printed from the student portal at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4. Methods of payment —FPX：
a. Link:https://sys.djzhlc.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
b. Username: Name on NRIC+4digits as per email provided by NEUC,
(Example: leexiaoming0123)
c. Password: NRIC number (Example: 200123101100)
d. Official receipts will be sent to your New Era University College email accounts
5. Module registration gateway is open from 11/10/2021 (Monday) - 1/11/2021 (Monday), 15 minutes after making payment via FPX, students may login to the student portal for subject registration at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp .
6. Student number starting with 193XXXX (2 years programme) may proceed to module registration once the system is open.
7. Students’ status will be deactivated if no payment is received by the payment deadline. Students will then be unable to perform course selection or attending lectures. The student ID card will be deactivated as well, resulting in inability to attend lectures, access to library, computer labs, hostel, and other facilities.
8. Fees are not refundable for those who withdraw from the university college.
