编号：N21/SA/H/N008 日期：2021年12月17日 2022年2月份学期住宿申请须知 致：全体宿舍生 以下为2022年2月份学期住宿申请注意事项： 1. 2022年度2月份宿舍床位开放予全体同学申请。根据政府指南，学生必须完成接种新冠疫苗方可返校。 2. 5月份学期开课者请留意2022年4月份学生事务处通告，届时将视是否尚有床位而定。 3. 申请者务必慎重考虑个人的住宿需要及经济状况，切勿随意提交申请。若成功获得录取却又无故放弃者，学生宿舍管理委员会有权取消申请者来年的申请资格。已交付了宿舍费而需提早退宿者，可于住宿期限内提早办理退宿，并不退还剩余宿舍费。 4. 2022年2月份学期住宿申请者住宿期限参考以下列表： 6. 续住录取结果将在2022年1月5日公布。 7. 获得住宿录取之同学，须在2022年1月10日至25日期间到宿舍办公室领取缴费单并至财务处缴付住宿费，以预留2022年度2月份之宿舍床位。逾时缴费者，将视为放弃处理。 8. 逾时缴费者若仍欲住宿，须呈上公函提出重新申请。 9. 宿舍床位由生活导师编配，不得另作要求。所有宿舍床位一经编配不得私自调房。学生宿舍管理委员会保有编配宿舍床位之最后决定权。 10. 如因填写之资料有缺漏或未符合要求而影响申请结果，本会一概不负责。 11. 住宿生须同意并遵守宿舍规则，若违反宿舍条规而被勒令退宿，将扣除剩余住宿费和抵押金。有关细则请查阅“学生宿舍管理规章”。 12. 宿舍办公室呼吁各位入住宿舍的学生必须严守校园门禁时间，同时遵守标准作业程序(SOP)即保持人身距离、避免群聚、保持房间通风良好、避开人群及必要时才外出。 13. 在公共场合时必须根据卫生部指示以正确的方式戴口罩。宿舍办公室再次呼吁所有学生与全校教职员一起抗疫，确保校园安全。 谢谢。 学生宿舍管理委员会 谨启 Ref No.: N21/SA/H/N008 Date: 17 December 2021 HostelApplication for February 2022 semester To: AllHostelites Kindlytake note on the hostel application for February 2022 semester: 1. Hostel application for February 2022 semester is open for studentsto apply now. All students must complete the covid19 vaccination as per government’sruling in order to return to the campus. 2. Students who wish to apply for May 2022 semester but subject to bed availability,you may take note on the Notice of Hostel Application will be put up in April2022. 3. Please do carefully consider your accommodation needs and financialsituation. Should a successful applicant withdraw for any reason, the Committeewill not give priority consideration for the future’s application. 4. 5. The application is open from 17 to 28December 2021. Applicants areadvised to complete all application procedures within the said period. Pleaseclick on the link https://forms.gle/sYrp4EkBMRYSJSGZ6 tocomplete the application via the Google Form. 6. List of successful applicants will be published on 5 January 2022. 7. Successful applicants for accommodation are required to pay full accommodation fee to the Finance Department from 10 to 25January 2022 to secure their places in the hostel. Failure to do so,it will result in cancellation of the hostel room reservation without anyfurther notice. 8. For students whose bed reservations have been cancelled due to failure topay the full hostel fee after deadline are advised to re-apply again, if youstill wish to stay in the hostel. 9. The room/bed will be assigned by the hostel warden. No student is allowedto exchange his/her room without the prior written permission from the hostelwarden. The Committee reserves the right on the allocation room/bed. 10. The Committee is not responsiblefor any incomplete applications that may affect the eligibility ofaccommodation application. 11. All hostelites must comply withthe rules and regulations of the Student Hostel. Hostelites who have committedserious offences will be ordered to move out, the hostel fee paid and depositwill not be refunded. For details, please refer to the “Student Hostel Management Rules and Regulations”. 12. Hostel Warden Office would liketo urge all hostelites to adhere to the opening/closing time of campus/hostelgate. Then to strictly adhere to all the SOPs such as maintain physicaldistancing, avoid public gathering, maintain good ventilation in the room andavoid crowded places and only going out when is necessary. 13.
