2022年度2月份学期学费减免申请
兹通知2022年度2月份学费减免现已开放申请。
1. 申请对象与资格如下：
A. 第一次申请学费减免的在籍生/升班生：
卓越学术表现学费减免
| - 申请条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达4.0者。 | | - 申请条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达3.75 – 3.99者。 |
B. 学费减免续领生： | 卓越学术表现学费减免、学优生学费减免、在籍生学费减免、升班生学费减免、多元文化学费减免、星洲日报教育基金、独中生助学金、SMK国中助学金、独中校长推荐学费减免、才艺优秀学费减免 | | - 续领条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达 2.00或以上者，无需办理任何手续即可自动续领。 |
2. 学费减免金额仅限获颁年度之学费，享有此学费减免者不得兼领本校其他学费优惠。
3. 符合资格申请的学生，可到注册处网站，以学校Gmail账号点选以下联结进行线上申请及上载个人自传
4. 符合资格的申请者经奖贷学金委员会正式通过后，注册处将电邮至学生的学校Gmail账号进行通知。学生收到电邮后， 需登入学生系统列印或下载费减免缴费单，按注册处所规定的方式及缴费日期缴付新学期的费用。学费减免的申请手续费为RM 30.00 (此费用将显示在缴费单内）。
5. 申请期限：在籍生/升班生：2022年2月18日至 2022年2月22日下午17:00；截止（逾期恕不受理）

Application of Tuition Waiver for February Semester 2022
1. For Applicant’s Qualifications,please refer as stated below:
A. Criteria for newapplicants: (This is applicable only to current or proceeding students who are applyingfor tuition waiver for the first time) Excellence in Academic Performance Tuition Waiver | - Application criteria: Completed the current programme with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.0. | Tuition Waiver for Current and Continuing Students | - Application criteria: Completed the current programme with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.75 – 3.99. |
B. Criteria for automaticrenewal of tuition waiver: | Excellence in Academic Performance Tuition Waiver ,Academic Excellence Tuition Waiver, Current Tuition Waiver, Continuing Tuition Waiver, Multi-Cultural Tuition Waiver, Sin Chew Education Fund, Bursary (Chinese Independent High School , SMK), Chinese Independent High School Principal Recommended Student Tuition Waiver, Talented Student Tuition Waiver | - Application criteria: A minimum CGPA of 2.00 is required for an automatic renewal of tuition waiver. |
2. The tuition fee deduction applies only the tuition fee of the year of award; Students enjoying this tuition waiver are not eligible for other tuition discounts from the University College.

4. Upon approval by the Scholarship Committee, students will be informed by the Registrar’s Office via their email accounts (New Era). Students are required to download and print the registration statement from the NEUC Students’ Portal for the new semester. They are then required to pay tuition fees for the new semester according to the method and dates set by the Registrar’s Office. A fee of RM 30.00 will be charged accordingly.
