To: Academic Programme Graduates of the Autumn 2022 Convocation

Collection of photographs

Graduates are required to collect photos from the Registrar’s Office as scheduled below:

Date: 22/11/2022 till 30/4/2023

Time：Monday to Friday, 2pm – 4pm (Excluding Public Holiday)

Venue: BlockB, Ground floor, Registrar’s office

Person incharge: Ms Low (Ext 162) or Ms Siow (Ext 124)

Those who are unable to collect the photographs personally, please prepare authorized letters for friends or members of the family to collect the photographs on behalf.

凡出席2022年秋季毕业典礼的毕业生请于以下期间到注册处领取毕业照。

日期：22/11/2022至30/4/2023
时间：周一至周五，2pm– 4pm（公共假期除外）

地点：B栋，G楼，注册处

负责人：刘慧恩老师（分机162）或萧玉仪老师（分机124）

无法亲身前来领取的同学，需备上委托信交予朋友或家人代领。
