2019年度9月份学期注册、缴费须知及缴费单

  
1.
  
2019年度9月份学期于917日正式上课。
2.
注册及缴费期限: 201992日(星期一)至2019930日(星期一),5:00PM
  
·          请在期限内下载缴费单
  
·          不能如期缴费者,请家长于9月10日前亲临财务处申请延迟缴费期限
  
·          持有奖助学金者,须在上述期限内缴费,否则将丧失其奖助学金
  
·          2019年9月30日之后,未缴清学杂费、宿舍费、注册及选课者,概以终止学籍处理。
  
·          终止学籍后,欲缴费者,必须经系主任在缴费单上签名同意,方能缴费及选课

201992起,同学可通过学生系统列印20199月份学期的缴费单,请查阅http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4.
缴付方式:
  
·          FPX 网上缴费(ePayment),必须把缴费证明交财务处。
  
·          银行汇票(banker's cheque)、信用卡或转账卡付;
  
·          银行汇票背页注明:中英姓名、学号及联络电话,抬头志明
  
·          汇票缴付:New Era  Edu Sdn Bhd
  
·          不接受现金付款;
  
注:付款支票与汇票必须志明缴付日日期,不接受期票。
5.
获本校或外界奖/贷/助学金、PTPTN及公积金教育经费提领者也需于注册及缴费期限内缴清有关费用。
6.
注册及缴费后中途退学者,恕不退还所缴费用。
7.
代缴费:财务处接受学生委托其他人代办理缴费注册,惟学生必须先行在缴费单上签名。



Guidelines of Academic Programme Registration,Registration Procedures and Pro-Forma Invoice for September Semester 2019

  
1.
  
September  2019 semester will commence on 17 September  2019.
2.
Duration of  Registration & Payment from 2 September  to 30 September 2019, 5.00pm.
  
·          Download registration statement within the  stated date
  
·          Parent(s) of students who are unable  to make payment before the due date are required to apply for delay payment  at the Finance Department before 10 September 2019.
  
·          Students with scholarship and bursary are  required to make payment before the due date in order to secure their  scholarship and bursary awarded.
  
·          Students who fail to make payment after 30 September  2019 will be, student status will be terminated and termination letter will  be issued.
  
·          Student who make payment after 30 September 2019,  should get approval from HOD on the proforma invoice in order to make payment  and module registration.

September  semester  2019 Pro-Forma Invoice can be  printed from student portal at http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
4.
Modes of payment:   
  
·          FPX payment transfer (ePayment)- please submits  FPX transaction proof to Finance Department.
  
·          Payments can be made by banker’s cheque, Credit  card or Debit card and payable to New Era Edu Sdn Bhd;
  
·          Name, student ID and contact number to be  written on the reserved page of the banker’s cheque.
  
·          CASH are  not acceptable;
  p/s: All  cheques must be dated on the payment date and post-dated cheque is not  acceptable.
5.
Internal or  external scholarships, loans, PTPTN and EPF withdrawal beneficiaries are also  required to register and make payment within the stipulated date.
6.
Fees are not  refundable for those who withdraw from the college.
7.
Students  may authorize others to make payment on their behalf as long as the Pro-Forma  Invoice is completely filled in and signed.
