各位同学：
为应对新冠型肺炎的疫情，本校已采取以下预防措施以减少病毒传播的风险： 1. 从2020年3月10日（星期二）起，凡教职员、学生及访客进入校园范围务必在入口处（大门警卫室）测量体温，并使用消毒液洗手。若体 温高于37.5°C将不获准进入校园。请立刻到附近的医院检查。
2. 置放消毒液、口罩及体温测量器的地方：
3. 学校已开始对电梯、电梯按钮和门把手以及其他公共区域进行消毒。
我们也促请同学们保持良好的个人卫生习惯，做好防疫措施：
1. 同学们需确保最高清洁度以及个人卫生，用肥皂和清水清洗双手或使用洗手液洗手。 2. 避免共用食品用具和其他个人物品。
请密切留意您是否有发烧、咳嗽或呼吸困难等症状，如出现发烧、咳嗽或呼吸困难病状，请尽快看医生，以防止病毒传播其他人。 感谢同学们的配合与谅解，大家一起来维护健康校园。

Dearstudents,
Inresponse to the on-going outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), theUniversity will implement the following precautionary measures to minimise the spread of the virus in the campus: 1. Effective from March 11, 2020(Wednesday), all staff, students and visitors who are entering the campus will subjectto temperature checking at the entrance by security staff; and wash their handswith sanitizer provided. Foranyone who is with temperature reading more than 37°C, he/she is not allowed to enter into the campus. Kindly seek treatmentor check at the nearby hospital.

3. The University has alreadybegun to disinfect the lift, lift buttons & door handle and other commonareas.
We wouldlike to urge everyone to practise good personal hygiene to prevent the spreadof flu-like diseases:
1. to ensure the highest level ofcleanliness as well as your personal hygiene, regularly wash your hands withsoap and water thooughly. 2. Avoid sharing food containersand other personal items with others.
If you have fever, cough or breathing difficulty, please seek medical careimmediately to prevent the spread of the flu-like diseases. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding to maintain a healthy environment in the campus.
