2020年5月份新生及在籍生住宿事宜
各位5月份新生及在籍生：
兹通知，目前为止我国正处于第三阶段的行动管制令即从4月15日至4月28日。
若政府于4月下旬宣布解除行动管制令，已申请住学校宿舍并且未缴住宿费的同学因想居家学习而决定取消住宿，可通过电邮通知 招生处enrolment@newera.edu.my 并提供以下资料以方便重新开具缴费单：
1. 中英文姓名
2. 身份证号码
3. 报读课程
若事后想申请住宿的同学，请电邮通知宿舍办公室 student@newera.edu.my 并提供以下资料：
1. 中英文姓名
2. 学号
3. 报读课程
宿舍办公室将以先到先得的方式分配床位。

Hostel for New and Current Students for May 2020 Semester
Dear all students,
Currently, our country is under the Movement Control Order (MCO) Phase 3 which is from 15th until 28th April 2020. However, if the MCO has been lifted by end of this month and students who have applied for the hostel but wish to stay at home for online learning, they can cancel the hostel booking before paying the tuition fee.
For students who have applied hostel for May 2020 semester but have not make payment yet, you may email to enrolment@newera.edu.my to cancel the hostel booking and receive a new Pro-forma invoice with the following details:
1. Name (Chinese & English)
2. NRIC Number
3. Programme
However, if students wish to apply to stay in the hostel at a later time, they can email to Hostel Warden Office at student@newera.edu.my and furnish the following details:
1. Name (Chinese & English)
2. Student ID number
3. Programme
The arrangement for the room is based on first come first served basis.
