事项：大专生纾困基金RM200_学术课程_第二梯次汇款情况及尚未提供个人银行户口
1. 第二梯次的大专生纾困金RM 200已汇入同学的个人银行户口。第二梯次汇款名单见附件。
2. 第二梯次汇款失败名单见附件。汇款失败原因众多，身份证号码错误、银行户口号码错误、银行户口不活跃等。请同学在9/6/2020（二）前到学生系统再次检查及更新相关资料。该名单中的同学将在在第三梯次处理汇款。按规定，第三次汇款将另扣除手续费RM10.00
3. 3/6/2020接获SMS的同学（银行帐号属于联名户口或父母或监护人），请同学在9/6/2020前，完成更新成自己的个人银行户口；如没有自己的个人银行户口，请到银行开户，此乃政府拨款规定。事后把把银行资料页（银行名称、银行户口、银行户口持有人姓名及身份证号码）电邮至 aru@newera.edu.my.
4. 第三梯次汇款预计在6月下旬完成，完成后将会公布汇款名单。这将是最后一次汇款，剩余款额将依教育部指示退还教育部。此请同学无比仔细检查及确认自己的个人银行户口资料，以避免纾困基金遭退还教育部。

RE: SECOND ROUND OF REMITTANCE (RM200PRIHATIN ALLOWANCES) & THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT
1. The second round of remittance ofRM200.00 (PRIHATIN allowance) to academic students has been done recently.Kindly refer to the attached name list of students.
2. Kindly refer to the attached name listof students that the remittance unsuccessful due to various reasons such aswrong NRIC number, wrong account number and bank account is inactive. For thesestudents, who failed in 1st attempt remittance, RM10 will be deductedfor 2nd attempt remittance, those who failed in 2ndattempt remittance, RM20 will be deducted for 3rd attempt remittance.
3. For those students who had receivedSMS on 3 June 2020 due to joint bank account problem, please open a personalbank before account 9 June 2020 as per Ministry of Higher Education’sdirective. Thereafter, update your bank information in the student portal assoon as possible. Then email the bank passbook page/bank statement (pdf.) (bankname, account number, name of account holder and NRIC No.) to aru@newera.edu.my.
4. The name list of students will bepublished after the 3rd round of remittance have been done. Students arestrongly encouraging to provide correct bank detail information for the finalremittance schedule by end of June. Inevent of failure of 3rd round remittance, the balance of allowanceswill return to MOHE.
