2021年度7月份学期在籍学生注册、缴费须知

1.     在籍学生(非分期付款计划者)注册与缴费期限：

2021年7月12日（周一）至2021年8月2日（周一）。

2.     凡已申请分期缴付学杂费的在籍学生，2021年2月学期的缴费期限如下：

a.      第一期：2021年7月12 日（周一）至 2021年7月19日（周一）

b.     第二期：2021年8月16日（周一）至 2021年8月20日（周五）

3.     学生可通过学生系统查询及列印2021年7月份学期的缴费单，请查阅

http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

4.      学生可通过FPX方式缴交学杂费，详情如下：

a.      连结:https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.      账号:身份证全名 + 生日月日（MMDD），即本校所提供之电邮账号（例：leexiaoming0123）

c.       密码:身份证号码 (例：200123101100)

d.      缴费收据将电邮到学生邮箱

5.      通过FPX 缴交学杂费者，可于15分钟后到学生系统进行选课。http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp.

选课期限：2021年7月12日（周五）至 2021年8月2日（周一）。

6.      学号开头：195XXXX (2年课程)，无需缴费，可直接选课。

7.      逾期缴费者，学籍将暂时失效，无法选课/登录学生系统及ELP系统上课，学生证功能无效，无法进入教室、图书馆、电脑教室、宿舍等。

8.     注册及缴费后中途退学，恕不退还所缴费用。

Guidelines of Vocational Programme Registration (Current Student)for July Semester 2021

1.      Time period for registration andpayment of fees for non-installment plan student:

12/7/2021 (Monday) - 2/8/2021(Monday).

2.      Dates of registration and payment forstudents on instalment plan for the July semester 2021 are as follows:

a.       Term 1: 12/7/2021(Monday) - 19/7/2021 (Monday)

b.      Term 2: 16/8/2021(Monday) - 20/8/2021 (Friday)

3.                3.    Registration Statement can be checkedand printed from the student portal at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp

4.       Methods ofpayment —FPX：

a.     Link: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.   Username: Nameon NRIC+4digits as per email provided by NEUC,

     (Example: leexiaoming0123)

c.     Password: NRIC number (Example: 200123101100)

d.    Official receipts will be sent to your New EraUniversity College email accounts

5.      Module registration gateway is openfrom 12/7/2021 (Monday) - 2/8/2021 (Monday), 15 minutes aftermaking payment via FPX, students may login to the student portal for subjectregistration at: http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp .

6.      Student number starting with 195XXXX (2 years programme) may proceed to module registrationonce the system is open.

7.      Students’ status will be deactivatedif no payment is received by the payment deadline. Students will then be unableto perform course selection or attending lectures. The student ID card will bedeactivated as well, resulting in inability to attend lectures, access tolibrary, computer labs, hostel, and other facilities.

8.      Fees are not refundable for those whowithdraw from the university college.
