2021年度9月份学期学费减免申请

兹通知2021年度9月份学费减免现已开放申请。

1.     申请对象与资格如下：

A.     第一次申请学费减免的在籍生/升班生：

学优生学费减免

- 申请条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达4.0者。

在籍生/升班生学费减免

- 申请条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达3.75 – 3.99者。

B.      学费减免续领生：

学优生学费减免、新生学费减免、在籍生学费减免、升班生学费减免、多元文化学费减免、星洲日报教育基金、独中生助学金、国民型助学金、国中助学金

- 续领条件：一学年之累计平均学分绩点（CGPA）达 2.00或以上者，无需办理任何手续即可自动续领。

2.      学费减免金额仅限获颁年度之学费。

3.  符合资格申请的学生，可到注册处网站，以学校Gmail账号点选以下联结进行线上申请及上载个人自传（PDF 档案）：

4.       符合资格的申请者经奖贷学金委员会正式通过后，注册处将电邮至学生的学校Gmail账号进行通知。学生收到电邮后，需登入学生系统列印或下载学费减免缴费单，按注册处所规定的方式及缴费日期缴付新学期的费用。学费减免的申请手续费为RM 30.00 (此费用将显示在缴费单内）。

5.      申请期限：在籍生/升班生：2021年9月30日至 2021年10月4日下午17:00；截止（逾期恕不受理）

Application of Tuition Waiver for September Semester 2021

  1.       For Applicant’sQualifications, please refer as stated below:

A.       Criteriafor new applicants:(Thisis applicable only to current or proceeding students who are applying for tuition waiver forthe first time)

Academic Excellence  Tuition Waiver

-  Application criteria: Completed the current programme with a cumulative grade  point average (CGPA) of 4.0.

Tuition Waiver for Current and Continuing Students

-  Application criteria: Completed the current programme with a cumulative grade  point average (CGPA) of 3.75 – 3.99.

B.       Criteria for automaticrenewal of tuition waiver:

Academic Excellence Tuition  Waiver, New Student Tuition Waiver, Current Tuition Waiver, Continuing Tuition Waiver, Multi-Cultural  Tuition Waiver, Sin Chew Education Fund, Bursary (Chinese Independent High  School , SMJK)

-  Application criteria: A minimum CGPA of 2.00 is required for an automatic  renewal of tuition waiver.

  2.      Thetuition fee deduction applies only the tuition fee of the year of award.

  3.   Toapply, please fill in the form and upload a briefself-introduction in (PDF file)onto the Registrar’s website click on the link below with the     

         university college’s Gmail account toapply online https://forms.gle/MQcrbvWhAHxxMYN67.

  4.   Uponapproval by the Scholarship Committee, students will be informed by the Registrar’sOffice via their email accounts (New Era). Students are         required to download and printthe registration statement from the NEUC Students’ Portal for the new semester. They are then required topay  

       tuition fees for the new semester according to the method and dates set by the Registrar’s Office. A feeof RM 30.00 will be charged accordingly.

  5.      ApplicationDeadline: Current/Continuing Students: 30 Sep 2021 - 04 Oct 2021 before 17:00p.m.

                                              (Incomplete andlate submissions will not be entertained)
