【通告NOTICE】十月份学期上课模式事宜 Course Mode for October Semester

致：全体技职课程的学生

事由：十月份学期上课模式事宜

本校2021年10月份学期技职课程将于2021年10月18日如期开课。

鉴于目前疫情尚未稳定，且仍有同学尚未完成疫苗接种，基于师生健康安全考虑，本校决定本学期所有理论课将维持以网课模式进行；惟部份实践课需要返校进行面授的课程，将由个别院系另行通知学生。关于课程的具体安排，学生可向所属院系查询。

根据高教部的文告，自10月15日起，学校将逐步开放，同时允许完成两剂疫苗接种两周后的学生分阶段返回校园。本校遵循高教部的指示，允许学生以预约方式进入学校处理各项手续。此外，陈六使图书馆、电脑中心等设备亦将开放供学生在遵守SOP下使用。具体SOP将于下周公布，敬请各位同学留意本校公告区。

RE: Course Mode for OctoberSemester

The New Era’s vocational courses for the October semester of 2021 will start as scheduled on 18 October 2021.

In view of the current pandemic situation that hasyet to stabilize, and in addition to a number of students who have yet to complete their vaccinations, the University College, after seriously considering the health and safety risks of staff and students, has decided that all theoretical courses in this semester will continue to be conducted online. However, certain practical courses will be conducted physically (in-person/face-to-face), and students will be notified by their respective departments if any courses require them to return to campus for lessons in the October semester. Regarding the specific arrangements for the courses, students are advised to check with their respective departments.

According to instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), all colleges and universities will gradually reopen from 15 October 2021 onwards. Students who have completed two doses of vaccinations (Fully Vaccinated) will be allowed to return to campus two weeks after completing the second dose of vaccinations. The University College follows the instructions of the MOHE and allows students to enter the campus by appointment to handle various procedures. In addition, the Tan Lark Sye Library,the Computer Centre, and other equipment will also be open for students to use under SOP compliance. The specific SOP will be announced next week. Please pay attention to the NEIVCE e-notice.
