宿舍生退宿事宜
致：全体学生
兹通知，我国首相宣布于10月11日起已完成接种2挤疫苗者允许跨洲。因此凡毕业、决定居家上网课或其他原因想办理退宿的学生请于11月1日前，通过电邮或联络宿舍办公室以预约的方式到校办理退宿。通过电子邮件办理退宿的学生，请在电子邮件提供姓名、学号、退宿日期、退宿时间、车牌号码及陪同者姓名，以方便学校保安确认并放行进入校园。
逾期未办退宿的学生, 将视为继续住宿。宿舍费将会从10月份开始计算。
仍在家乡的沙巴及砂劳越学生若想办理退宿，请电邮或联系学生事务处/宿舍办公室以作安排。

Hostel Check Out Matter (October 2021)
Since the government has announced that interstate travel interstate is allowed for those who have completed 2 doses of vaccine effective from 11th Oct 2021 onwards, hostel students who have completed their studies or students decided not to stay in the hostel for this semester, you may check out from the hostel before 1st November 2021. Students can contact by phone or email to make appointment in order to come to check out from the hostel. If you are writing an email please furnish your name, student ID, check out date/time, car registration number and name of friend/family member accompany you.
The hostel rental will be starting to impose from October 2021 onwards if you didn't check out before 1st November 2021.
For hostel students from Sabah or Sarawak who are still at their hometown, please contact or email Hostel Warden Office to make the necessary arrangement.
