20225月份学期住宿申请须知
致:全体宿舍生
以下为20225月份学期住宿申请注意事项:
1.         2022年度5月份宿舍床位开放予全体同学申请。
2.         2022年5月份学期住宿申请者住宿期限参考以下列表:

3.         申请2022年住宿者须在202248日至22日内点击表格链接https://forms.gle/UiVr2c17M3SDSUYC8,有意申请者请在期限表内完成申请手续。
4.         续住录取结果将在2022426日公布
5.         获得住宿录取之同学,须在入宿前缴费并在入宿当天出示收据即可入宿
6.         宿舍床位由生活导师编配,不得另作要求。所有宿舍床位一经编配不得私自调房。学生宿舍管理委员会保有编配宿舍床位之最后决定权。
7.         如因填写之资料有缺漏或未符合要求而影响申请结果,本会一概不负责。
8.         住宿生须同意并遵守宿舍规则,若违反宿舍条规而被勒令退宿,将扣除剩余住宿费和抵押金。有关细则请查阅“学生宿舍管理规章”。
9.         宿舍办公室呼吁各位入住宿舍的学生必须严守校园门禁时间,同时遵守标准作业程序(SOP)即保持人身距离、避免群聚、保持房间通风良好、避开人群及必要时才外出。
10.     在公共场合时必须根据卫生部指示以正确的方式戴口罩。宿舍办公室再次呼吁所有学生与全校教职员一起抗疫,确保校园安全。

Kindlytake note on the hostel application for May 2022 semester:
1.     Hostel application for May 2022 semester is open for students toapply now.
2.     Options on duration of hostel stay for May 2022 semester applicants are asfollows:

3.     The application is open from 8 to 22April 2022.  Applicants are advisedto complete all application procedures within the said period. Please click onthe link https://forms.gle/UiVr2c17M3SDSUYC8 to complete the application via the Google Form.
4.     List of successful applicants will be published on 26 April 2022.
5.     Successful applicants for accommodation are required to pay fullaccommodation fee to the Finance Department and produce the official receiptbefore checking into the hostel.
6.     The room/bed will be assigned by the hostel warden. No student is allowedto exchange his/her room without the prior written permission from the hostelwarden. The Committee reserves the right on the allocation room/bed.
7.     The Committee is not responsible for any incomplete applications that mayaffect the eligibility of accommodation application.
8.     All hostelites must comply with the rules and regulations of the StudentHostel. Hostelites who have committed serious offences will be ordered to moveout, the hostel fee paid and deposit will not be refunded. For details, pleaserefer to the “Student Hostel ManagementRules and Regulations”.
9.     Hostel Warden Office would like to urge all hostelites to adhere to theopening/closing time of campus/hostel gate. Then to strictly adhere to all theSOPs such as maintain physical distancing, avoid public gathering, maintaingood ventilation in the room and avoid crowded places and only going out whenis necessary.
10.  Please always put on the facemask correctly as per Ministry of Health guidelines. Hostel Warden Office wouldlike to seek your cooperation to safeguard the safety of the hostel/campusalways.
11.  Should you have any enquiriespertaining to the application for extended stay in the Student Hostel, kindlycontact the Hostel Warden Office or visit the website of the Student AffairsDepartment.
