致： 2022年5月份学期大学基础课程、专业文凭课程应届毕业生

事项：大学基础课程和专业文凭办理升班

1. 凡计划在2022年9月份学期升班的同学，请于8月26日之前填写以下Google 表单：

            https://forms.gle/fiLch1vRhFwFRKcV6
*请使用学生电邮（例: limzhiping5427@e.newera.edu.my）登录，以填写此电子表格。

2. 之前已填写过此表格的同学无需再重新填写。

3. 升班手续须在大学评议会（Senate）通过后才能办理。因此，在未收到录取通知书和缴费单前，请自行通知系上老师进班上课。

4.  本处将按照同学在Google表单所填写的资料处理录取通知书及缴费表单，并将之电邮到学生邮箱。

5.  获取缴费单后，同学可通过以下方式缴交学杂费：

（1）    FPX:

a.          连结:https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.          账号:身份证全名 + 生日月日（MMDD），即本校所提供之电邮账号（例：leexiaoming0123）

c.          密码:身份证号码 (例：200123101100)

d.          缴费收据可至学生系统下载

（2）银行转账：

a.          户口名字:New Era Edu Sdn Bhd

b.          银行:OCBC

c.          户口号码:7061093448

d.          备注(Reference):学生学号

e.          其他备注(Otherreference): 英文名字+ 课程编号

f.           请将缴费证明电邮到finance@newera.edu.my,aru@newera.edu.my

g.          新学号将以电邮寄发

RE: Progression Procedure

1. Students who plan to continue in Diploma or Degree programmes inthe September 2022 semester, kindly please complete the Google form before 26 August 2022: https://forms.gle/fiLch1vRhFwFRKcV6
• Note: Login to the google form with your NEUCstudent email address (Eg: leezhiping5427@e.newera.edu.my).

2. Students who have previously completedthis form will not need to do so again.

3. The progression procedure can only beprocessed after passing the Senate meeting. Therefore, before receiving theoffer letter and registration statement, please notify your instructor to takeattendance manually.

4. The Letter of Acceptance andRegistration Statement will be prepared based on the information provided inthe google form by the student. Both documents will be sent to the student by email. Tuition fee could bemade by following payment methods:

(1) Methods ofpayment —FPX：

a.    Link: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login

b.    Username: Name onNRIC+4 digits as per email provided by NEUC,

        (Example: leexiaoming0123)

c.     Password: NRIC number (Example: 200123101100)

d.     Official receipts can be downloaded from the studentportal

(2)Online transfer

a.      Account Name:New Era Edu Sdn Bhd

b.      Bank: OCBC

c.      Account No:7061093448

d.      Reference:student id

e.      Otherreference: Name as per NRIC
