• Meet new clients and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with the company leads convert to successful and happy customers.
• Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-Drawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
• Based out of one of our Experience Centres, you will be required to attend customer walk-ins.
• Sell the company Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to
• Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
• Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly. Requirements.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
• Preferred Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. Required Certification
