To handle multiple accounting entries and general administrative duties
To maintain accounting books and records
To monitor accounts receivable & accounts payable
To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing
Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders, and addressing complaints
Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and accounting software
To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
