Responsibilities:
1. Assist lead teachers in implementing Montessori educational activities and programs.
2. Support in preparing and organizing classroom materials and learning resources.
3. Engage with young learners in various educational and recreational activities.
4. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and enriching educational experience for children.
6. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. |

| Qualification: | Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and a desire to learn about Montessori education.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an early childhood education program, psychology, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting is preferred but not required. |
