Assisting with Design Development: This could include creating mood boards, concept sketches, and digital renderings to communicate design ideas. You might also help in researching materials, finishes, and furniture pieces.
Drafting and Documentation: You may be involved in creating CAD drawings or technical drawings of floor plans, elevations, and details. This involves using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or etc.
Project Coordination: Often assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. This could involve sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and organizing deliveries.
Site Visits and Measurements: You might accompany designers on site visits to take measurements, assess existing conditions, and document progress during construction or renovation projects.

Qualification: | Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant diploma or degree program: Enrolled in a diploma or degree bachelor's or master's program in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
Strong design skills: should have a good understanding of design principles, space planning, and aesthetics. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite is often preferred.
Creativity and problem-solving abilities: Should demonstrate creativity in generating design ideas and solutions for various spaces. They should also be able to think critically and solve design challenges effectively.
