1) Managing day-to-day operations
2) Ensure operational policies and procedures are efficient and effective
3) Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers
4) Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing.
5) Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations and monitoring production KPIs and metrics (Tik-Tok)
6) Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction
7) Incorporating new technologies, operating systems, and business processes when necessary.
8) Streamlining the organization’s business travel process, including ensuring the best corporate management rates and maintaining compliance |

| Qualification: | Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Bussiness Administration
- Fresh graduated student are welcome to apply & will provide on-the-job training
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good analytical and communication skills and able to work independently
