Job Description: |
1. Schedule Assistance: Assist in coordinating and managing senior management’s schedule, including helping with meeting arrangements, travel plans, and event organization. Learn to remind and ensure that senior management attends all scheduled events on time.
2. Meeting Support: Help arrange, prepare, and coordinate various meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and taking notes during meetings.
3. Provide administrative support during meetings to learn how to ensure smooth proceedings.
4. Document Handling: Assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing business correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations under supervision. Help manage the document filing system, ensuring secure storage and easy access of confidential documents.
5. Communication Coordination: Learn to act as a liaison for senior management by assisting in coordinating communication with internal teams, clients, and external organizations. Handle incoming calls and emails, learning how to appropriately screen and relay important information.
6. Travel Arrangements: Support the coordination of travel arrangements for senior management, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Assist in preparing travel-related documents to ensure smooth travel plans.
7. Initial Client Communication: Participate in initial communication with potential clients, learning to introduce the company’s services and products. Assist in preparing client background information and talking points for senior management.
8. Client Event Invitations: Help identify and invite potential clients to company-hosted events, such as seminars and product launches. Assist in following up on client attendance confirmations and maintaining interactions with clients.
9. Client Relationship Maintenance: Learn how to follow up with clients after events to address their needs. Help maintain and update the client database, supporting ongoing client communication.
10. Business Development Support: Assist in researching market opportunities and potential clients, contributing to business development efforts. Participate in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business expansion. |
Job Specialization: | |
Qualification: | - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in administrative management, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning about administrative support and business development.
- Basic proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eagerness to learn how to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A keen interest in understanding market trends and business development. |
