-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the e-commerce space.
-Support in procurement documentation process.
-Assist in listing new products on e-commerce platforms.
-Manage return & refund data task
-Respond to customer ratings and inquiries
-Participate in training sessions related to e-commerce tools, platforms, and strategies.
-Contribute to social media content and marketing campaigns. |

| Qualification: | -Education: Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
-Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Well verse in English, Mandarin and Malay, Preferable Chinese speaking candidate. |
