Position Summary
To provide support to Channel Sales Department and to assist in day-to-day Software Channel Sales activities.
Essential Functions
The successful candidate will need to provide a range of duties that include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Coordinate with Channel Sales Support Coordinator to follow documentation SOP, and administrative workflow.
• To learn and assist in Support management of channel partners in ordering and licensing to ensure great customer experience.
• Assist in conduct internet research to compile, and present data findings.
• Assist channel sales team in sales, support, and training activities both on-site and online and coordination of various sales events and seminars.
• Assist in produce training guide, marketing collaterals, and different sales contents for sales and channel partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

| Qualification: | • Diploma or Degree undergraduate students with 3.0 CGPA and above.
• Ability to work independently and within provided deadline.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace to generate reports and presentations via Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command in writing and speaking one of the three languages Bahasa Melayu, English, or Chinese.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
