| Job Description: |
• Assist in copyediting, proofreading, and editing of AutoCount HRMS user help centre.
• Help in the creation of technical documentation and user guides for AutoCount HRMS.
• Assist in prepare quotations and Performa invoices to customers promptly.
• Assist to maintain accurate CRM records of sales leads and daily call log.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

| Qualification: | • Diploma or Degree undergraduate students with 3.0 CGPA and above.
• Ability to work independently and within provided deadline.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace to generate reports and presentations via Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command in writing and speaking one of the three languages Bahasa Melayu, English, or Chinese.
• Detail orientated, responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
