| Job Description: | Responsibilities: Set up Building Management System (system communication, Software insight, windows) for new project and upgrade project; Create graphics/interfaces for the Building Management System; Updating the AutoCAD as-built drawings; Troubleshooting for the ELV(access door & CCTV) and BMS system; Documentations preparation for project (eg operation & manual booklet, testing and commissioning checklists, report, sampling); Monthly servicing for the ELV(access door & CCTV) and BMS system( testing & commissioning, setting and calibration); To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time. |
