Internship Title: Admin cum HR Intern
| Internship Description: | - Assist in screening resume and scheduling interview via calls or WhatsApp, including reaching out to candidates for interview invitations and conducting post-interview follow-ups. - Assist in monitoring and checking attendance. - Asist in organizing orientation arrangements. - Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR data records. - Assist in managing social networking and job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and MyFutureJobs. - Assist with asset stocktaking processes. - Perform administrative tasks, including the filing and sorting of documents. - Assist with day-to-day operational activities. - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. |
