Internship Title: Internship - IT System & Support Engineer
Internship Description: | Job Responsibility: 1. Provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Softinn. 2. Provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by Softinn. 3. Troubleshoot errors related to Softinn's system. Work with the product team and the customers in solving bugs. 4. Answer and reply to clients on technical-related issues via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone call. 5. Assist in system setup and configuration for a new or potential client. 6. Assist in UAT (user-acceptance testing) before a new product release. |

Qualification: | Job Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related technical field. 2. Good understanding of cloud-based software products and strong logical thinking. 3. Reasonable foundation in algorithms and analytical skills. 4. Proficient in English, written and spoken. 5. Ability to communicate clearly with team members. 6. The minimum internship duration is 3 months, preferably more than 4 months. |
