Internship Title: INTERNSHIP IN HUMAN RESOURCE
| Internship Description: | 1. To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management. 2. Assist in recruitment process, including job advertisement, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and timely process for candidates and interviewers. 3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with induction sessions. 4. Assist in maintaining payroll data include key in leaves, bank account and etc. 5. Assist in checking employees’ attendance and overtime timesheet. 6. Prepare letters (Eg: Promotion Letter, etc) 7. Handle HR administration works including verify and manage monthly claim report. 8. Assisting in the planning of company events. 9. Assisting in ad hoc task assign by HR team and filing document. |

| Qualification: | 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field. 2. Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3. Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Able to work independently and also collaborate in a team. 6. Positive attitude, punctual, and responsible. 7. Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months. 8. Internship placement is based at our HQ office in Seri Kembangan. |
