Internship Title: Admin Internship
| Internship Description: | • Assist in monitoring inventory levels of kitchen and general supplies to ensure consistent availability of items. Support the placement of orders with HQ or direct suppliers under supervision to prevent stockouts. • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly stock reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in line with assigned schedules. • Help maintain a well-organized and clearly labelled storage area to facilitate easy identification and access to items. • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining stock records and inventory databases, ensuring information is entered accurately, clearly, and promptly. • Participate in regular stock checks of kitchen and general items to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. • Support the receiving of incoming stock and assist in arranging items according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure proper stock rotation. • Help monitor the quality and condition of stock items to reduce spoilage, wastage, and potential write-offs. |
