| Internship Description: |
- Maintain departmental documentation, ensuring accuracy, proper filing and compliance with company policies and standards
- Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, meeting coordination and minute-taking
- Support monthly financial reporting by compiling and analysing P&L variances, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
- Assist Senior in budget preparation, monitoring utilization and identifying areas of over or underspending
- Support departmental administrative matters and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for invoices, budgets and procurement
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos and official communications as directed by the Head of Department (HOD) or Superior
- Support in maintain records of departmental expenses and support internal and external audit processes
- Support in coordinate departmental events, training sessions and related activities
- Co-ordinate office supply inventory and vendor management to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and manage yearly renewals for IT hardware, software and service subscriptions
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, conduct annual stock checks and report discrepancies
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by strategizing, planning, executing digital transformation projects and developing user guides to support system adoption
- Continuously review administrative processes for efficiency improvements and assist in implementing new tools or systems
- Undertake ad-hoc or any assignment as and when requested by superior

| Qualification: |
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills like Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Basic Accounting knowledge (payment processing, accrual, posting P&L analysis, reporting and variance analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu
