Production Support: Assist with on-set lighting and camera setup, as well as framing and composition for podcast recordings.

Audio Management: Support audio monitoring and sound recording during filming. 

Video Post-Production: Handle the end-to-end video editing process, including rough cuts and fine cuts. 

Asset Integration: Source and insert appropriate B-roll footage, ensuring precise audio and video synchronization. 

Sound Design: Manage audio enhancement by selecting and integrating suitable background music (BGM) and sound effects (SFX). 

Visuals & Graphics: Create visual elements for videos, develop basic motion graphics, and design compelling YouTube thumbnails.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred to effectively cater to our target audience, coupled with working proficiency (reading and speaking) in English and Malay. 
• Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or JianYing (CapCut). 
• Fundamental graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. 
• A strong understanding of social media trends and the "viral" formula for engaging digital video content.
