Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.
• Help to upload product photos, descriptions, prices, and stock information.
• Assist with customer enquiries through online platforms, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
• Support daily retail showroom operations, including product display, stock checking, and basic housekeeping.
• Help prepare simple marketing content, posters, captions, and product videos.
• Assist in packing, checking orders, and coordinating with warehouse or courier when needed.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Learn and support the team in e-commerce, retail sales, digital marketing, and customer service operations.
• Final-year students are preferred, as outstanding interns may be offered full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with suppliers from China.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• Computer skills are required, and training will be provided.
• Responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.
