Job Title: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Job Description:  Responsibilities and essential job functions include but not limited to the following. a) Sales and Marketing - Establishing effective/productive business relationships on B2B & B2C marketing - Sales & margin trends/movement analysis & reporting - Collating/analysing market intelligence & competitive activity/information - Coordinate/ participate in local/overseas exhibition & promotional activities - Assist in website management/ development & e-commerce business/application - Assist in developing sales/marketing value propositions/plan with tracking/reporting b) Supply Chain Management (1)Sourcing and Procurement - Sourcing within local & international market of competitive materials, products & services - Develop selection criteria & negotiating with suppliers to ensure overall competiveness of supply. - Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials, monitor on quality products supply. - Strategic partnership/vendor development initiative/program - KPI management on commercial, services, technical support render by vendor/supplier (2)Fleet / Logistics Management - Liaise with government agencies, transporter/forwarding agents/3rd party logistics for daily logistics operation such as import & export & local delivery. - Ensure stock/non stock are in place to monitor the flow of goods & services inclusive of maintenance & repairs to company fleets & asset utilization. c) Customer Service/Business Support - Handle customer enquiries, master data maintenance & related sales order transactions. - Handle customer’s complaint on product/services/commercial aspects d) Administration Cum Accounting/Finance - Assist in day to day office administration/ basic HR/general affairs related matters. - Handle operational accounting, account payable & receivable, petty cash, banking, company secretarial...etc.

Qualification: Candidate must process at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or equivalent.  Required language (s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia  Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.  Able to work independently and process a high level of responsibility  No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  3 Full-Time position (s) available.
