| Job Description: |
- Familiar with the process & operation of the system of company project
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing technical support to our client including setting up accounts for new users, solving password problems
- Investigating, diagnosing & solving system faults
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from clients and users
- Document all the technical issues, user bugs and resolve solutions
- Report the unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams |
