| Job Description: |
-Provide technical support to customers using the Point Of Sales (POS) system.
-Guide and instruct users on how to utilize the system effectively.
-Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or malfunctions.
-Assist in setting up and configuring menu items within the POS system.
-Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve any software issues.
-Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the POS system. |
