Job Title: Sales & Operation Co-ordinator (INTERN)
Job Description: 1. Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for clients, such as flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. 2. Assisting in the creation and management of itineraries for clients. 3. Ensuring that all travel arrangements are made in compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Assisting with changes to travel itineraries and handling cancellations or rescheduling requests. 5. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Maintaining accurate records of all travel bookings and transactions. 7. Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all travel arrangements are delivered as promised.

Working Area:Kajang, Selangor
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
