| Job Description: |
To perform daily accounting operations and data entry updating accounting records on timely basis.
To assist in monthly closing and reporting process.
Process and monitor oversea/import contracts on payments to suppliers, local creditors payments, etc.
Update monthly suppliers' payment advance schedule.
Handling monthly recurring payments of loan installments, HP Instalment, tax payments, monthly rentals, etc.
Handling of petty cash claims and reimbursement.
Perform monthly creditors’ reconciliation and quarterly advance confirmation.
Manage formal reconciliation reports ie company bank statement reconciliation.
Update monthly forex into the Dynamic system.
Update monthly forex adjustment, ie banks and overseas suppliers.
To assist the finance manager in handling bank facilities documents as and when required, such as facilities application submission and corporate documents.
Assist the Group’s treasurer in preparing documentation for facilities submissions such as BA drawdown & LC payments.
To manage weekly updates on the bank balance and facilities utilization reporting.
Ensure proper filling of accounts documentation and supporting documents.
To assist in other daily office administrative tasks.
Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Working Location: Kampung Subang Baru, Shah Alam. (Near Subang Airport)
Working hour Mon - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm |
