| Job Description: |
- To develop analytic skills and ensure the goals and KPIs are on track
- Familiarize yourself with the client base to understand their hiring needs, requirements, and hiring TAT.
- Conduct initial survey calls to assess candidate job expectations, qualifications, employment experience, etc., to discover any placement opportunities in alignment with our available hiring projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and documentation in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Maintain and build the candidate pipeline based on their preferred job requirements.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in the same direction and maximize output. |
