| Job Description: |
- To develop analytic skills and ensure the goals and KPIs are on track
- Maximizing candidate sourcing through diverse channels (job boards, social media, career fair, professional networks and etc..)
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment sourcing/marketing strategies
- Familiarize yourself with the client base to understand their hiring needs, requirements, and hiring TAT.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive practices
- Collaborating with TA /CC to ensure alignment in the same direction and maximize output. |
