* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, website and chat
* Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions with a positive attitude.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
* Commissioning illustrators and photographers
* Develop content strategies that align with the Company’s branding, target audience, and overall objectives.
* Develop visually appealing content using images, graphics, and videos that enhance the audience's experience and comprehension
* Manage and schedule content across different social media platforms. Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
* Produce high-quality content in various formats, such as social media posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, blog posts, articles, and more, based on the content strategy. |
