| Job Description: |
• Publish job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company website, and social media accounts.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including to conduct basic screenings of applicants and source from external platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Collect basic information from candidates and update company database on a daily basis.
• Set up zoom meetings as required and provide reminders to candidates and clients prior to the scheduled meetings.
• Support the planning and execution of company events such as the annual dinner, office parties, and career fairs.
• Assist in the creation and design of social media content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance brand recognition and attract more applicants from potential candidates.
• Follow up ad hoc duties that requested by the company. |

| Qualification: | • Bachelor degree / Diploma in relavant field (Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Human Resource, etc)
• Able to work during September – December 2024
• Proficient in both spoken and written Traditional Chinese and English.
• Able to speak in Cantonese is a plus.
• Possesses responsible and willing to learn attitude at work.
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft office, Google Drive, and Zoom. |
