1. Payment Management
- Process payments accurately and timely
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Reconcile payments with invoices and receipts
2. Data analysis
- Perform financial data analysis to identify trends and variances
- Prepare reports and presentations based on analysis findings
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to support decision-making process
3. Accounting records
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
